Apartamento acogedor de 2 habitaciones

Positive: J'ai été reçu de façon très courtoise et très cordiale par le propriétaire et son épouse, qui m'ont plusieurs fois rendu service. I was kindly by the owner and his wife who tried to help me. He sido ayudado y recibido de manera muy cordial por los propietarios.

Very happy with our accommodations and it suited our needs perfectly and was exactly as expected Positive: We found that the location worked for us because it was very close to a stop for the local transport (collectivos) that we used and walking distance to a large grocery store. The place was reasonably clean, it had a kitchen that was stocked enough for good basic use. The pool is on the smaller size but it was great to use for a refreshing dip and lots of loungers and space. Seemed to be safe and secure. The A/C worked well to moderate the temperature. It was a pleasant stay Negative: One of the beds only had a flat sheet (while the other also had a comforter) and we only had 1 roll of TP for our 5 night stay (more rolls appeared on our very last day) BUT we did not address it with the staff as we were doing okay with the situation. There seemed to be less than ideal communication between the on-site staff and the admin? that we texted via What's App which maybe could be a problem if issues were major but uncertain as we didn't have major issues.

The most accommodating host I’ve ever had. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Positive: Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice and private. The location was perfect for dining and shopping. It was easy to get to the beach and other attractions. Negative: The couch could use an upgrade and the tv kept cutting out from the internet. I wasn’t there to watch tv though

Positive: Spacious apartment, large kitchen and living room. Clean bedrooms Small pool on the rooftop for a dip. Great value for the price Good wifi They sent good recommendations for beaches and cenotes Negative: Looks a little less modern and clean than the pictures. A little further from the center, need a taxi to get almost anywhere (or renting a car / bike). Bathroom needs improvement and cleaning. There's no fan so it gets quite stuffy and humid, and there's mold growing everywhere (especially the sink and shower). It felt a bit unsanitary to use. Could use a mirror outside the bathroom eg in the bedrooms. Windows are not soundproof so we hear the cars passing by when trying to sleep, even though it's not a busy street.
