Trotz Mängel stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Positive: Die Lage war etwas abseits, deswegen eher ruhiger. Gute Lage, aber Fahrrad unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ausserdem war die Wohnung sehr groß. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, trotz der Mängel. Sehr freundlicher Hausmeister. Negative: Die Dachterasse war zur Hälfte nicht zu benutzen, da die Bodenbalken sehr alt und teilweise entfernt wurden. Der Grill auf dem Dach ist nicht zu benutzen. Die Toiletten auf dem Dach wurden selten gereinigt und die Lampen gingen nicht. Unser Abfluss in der Küche war zweimal verstopft, wurde aber vom freundlichen Hausmeister direkt behoben. Die Küchenutensilien sollten mal erneuert werden. Die Armaturen waren alle sehr verkalkt. Das Bett knatscht wenn man sich dreht, ist aber sonst bequem.

If was ok Positive: The apartment was clean. The bed was comfortable & the bed linens were fitted. There was hot water & good pressure. It was a fair walk to downtown, but doable. The pool was nice, clean & refreshing. Negative: If you are elderly, with mobility problems this is not the place for you. This apartment complex is surrounded by larger hotels & on Valentine's Day evening (a Saturday) the music was blaring from 9 p.m. to around 4 a.m......and I don't mean it was just loud, I mean blaring! I met friends there who also had an apartment & they said the same about Super Bowl Sunday. Otherwise, it was relatively quiet most other nights. I never met or saw any staff except for the maintenance man, he was polite & friendly.

Besonderes Apartment, in idealer Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung in der Umgebung mit dem Auto Positive: Besondere Ausstattung, über zwei Ebenen, sehr liebevolle Einrichtung mit Blick auf das Detail, gute Dusche mit ordentlich Heißwasser. Lage in ruhiger Nebenstraße, mit dem Auto, gar kein Problem an die Strände von Tulum oder nördlicher Richtung Akumal. Negative: Die Dachterrasse ist leider nicht nutzbar, weil sie im Begriff ist, renoviert zu werden.

It was an overall nice experience, but the owners need to work on a few details to make it better. Positive: The hotel is located in a quiet area of Tulum, which was a huge bonus. We had a car, so it was easy for us to get there, and we were offered a nice parking space just outside the hotel. The owner met us in person and seemed like a nice guy. The apartment was spacious, with a large bed and a huge hammock hanging above the living room. You can access the rooftop swimming pool. Negative: The hotel is really poorly insulated. You can hear all the noises made by other guests, especially when they are on the staircase. We found a few things broken or missing from the apartment, such as kitchen utensils. For example, there were no normal water glasses, only reusable plastic ones. There was no microwave. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, but no coffee was provided, which I found strange for a two-night stay. The kitchen sink was constantly clogging due to poor drainage. There wasn't a tea towel to dry your hands with. While the idea of a shower combined with a huge cement bathtub might look great, in reality, it is very impractical and absolutely not eco-friendly. We were missing hand towels and a floor towel in the bathroom. Despite asking the owner about them personally, we never received them.

Positive: A quiet appartment with all the comfort required. Staff was friendly and ready to help.
