Trendy Design 2 Bedroom Apartment

Positive: Location, the net, the apartment was well stocked. The aircon that worked was good. Mosquito screens are handy. Flexible when we arrived early. Great response on any messages. We were quickly given the missing hand towels and floor mats for the shower (one rule is not to use towels to dry the floor but the shower sets the floor in front of the toilet). Negative: Not very baby friendly (we have a new toddler, too many places to fall through! Not the apartment's fault but just something to be aware of if you also have a toddling baby), the upstairs pool area isn't great and we weren't told the decking was off limits due to it being rotted through. Some aircon not working and quite a few screen doors don't lock. Lots of rules and the towels were very old.

Positive: The owner was amazing and extrem helpfull. He was online for us per WhatsApp all the time. He gave us Maximum Info about Tulum. Highly recommend. An Apartment was extremly big and clean.

Negative: El acceso complicado. En la calle de acceso hay varios charcos que parecen cenotes difíciles de atravesar con con coche normal.
