Comfortable Studio with a Terrace

Positive: Very good location, awesome view from the room, we felt like National Geographic reporters, You can expect plenty birdsongs from early morning. it was quite shadowed room, but it was valued after sun. The air condition was working well. We liked the wood furniture. Beautiful patio. Cats always nearby. Very good street foods available within 500mts in whatever direction. A pros and cons decisions making, I would be back there for sure. Negative: Bathrooms equipment requires some refreshment, due to shower construction it was always water on the floor, would say risking to slip and fall.

Positive: Location is great and entry instructions were clear Negative: Place is quite noisy with people going up and down the stairs. Pictures do not reflect the current condition of the facilities. quite run down and in need of repairs especially decks.

Positive: Reservé dos noches con mi novio en un estudio, es la primera vez que viajábamos a Tulum y no sabíamos muy bien cómo organizarnos para los días de nuestra estancia allí. Gracias a Soraya, que nos dio muchísimas ideas sobre qué hacer, los dos días que estuvimos en Tulum fueron fantásticos e inolvidables. No puedo dejar de destacar su profesionalidad y, sobre todo, su amabilidad. Siempre estuvo pendiente de ayudarnos si lo necesitábamos y hacernos sentir como en casa. ¡De verdad, marcó la diferencia! Positive: - Goed uitgerust, ruim en schoon appartement. - Mooi dakterras met zwembad en zelfs een keuken en bbq. - Super vriendelijke gastheer met fijne en snelle communicatie. - Mogelijkheid om fietsen te huren bij het verblijf tegen schappelijke prijs. Negative: - appartement erboven en mensen die lopen over de centrale trap is hoorbaar. - locatie is wat verder van het centrum maar prima te doen met de fiets. (Overigens nog steeds genoeg eettentjes in de buurt op loopafstand.)

Lugar tranquilo Positive: A pesar de que mi estancia fue corta el lugar es cercano al de aldea Zamna y de la terminal de autobuses. El lugar es agradable y tranquilo y la atención es buena, siempre se mantuvieron en comunicación conmigo. Para las zonas turísticas está retirado pero el lugar es cercano a donde puedes tomar transporte público.
